Description of ServiceDetach is a privacy-first mobile application designed to support individuals through the process of maintaining No Contact after a breakup. - AI Coach (Mira): AI-powered conversational support using OpenAI GPT-4o-mini or Google Gemini 2.5 Flash
- Rescue Mode: Crisis intervention tools including breathing exercises, draft message analysis, grounding techniques, and red flag reminders
- Evidence Vault: Encrypted storage for evidence of why you left the relationship
- Journaling & Mood Tracking: Daily journal entries with 24 emotional states and gratitude lists
- Progress Dashboard: Analytics, mood trends, milestone tracking, and journey insights
- Daily Victories: Log and celebrate small wins in your recovery
- Awareness Tools: Coping mechanism tracking and intention checks
- Local Notifications: Daily affirmations, streak reminders, and milestone celebrations---## 3. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years of age to use Detach. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

- All information you provide is accurate and current---## 4. Account and RegistrationDetach does not require account creation or registration. All data is stored locally on your device, and no user accounts or server-side profiles are created. You may optionally provide a name and pronouns during onboarding, which are stored locally only.---## 5. Subscriptions and Payments### 5.1 Subscription PlansDetach offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Detach Pro") with the following tiers:- Monthly Subscription: $12.99 per month
- 3-Month Subscription: $29.99 per 3 months
- Annual Subscription: $79.99 per yearAll subscriptions include a 3-day free trial.### 5.2 Free TierThe following features are available for free:
- No Contact streak tracking
- Rescue Mode breathing and grounding exercises
- 5 draft message analyses (then 2 per week)
- Evidence Vault (5 items maximum)
- Daily journaling and mood tracking
- Victory and progress tracking
- Awareness tools (coping mechanisms and intention checks)### 5.3 PRO FeaturesDetach Pro unlocks:
- Unlimited AI Coach conversations
- Unlimited draft message analysis
- AI Journal Insights (pattern detection, writing prompts, breakthrough alerts)
- Unlimited Evidence Vault items
- Advanced analytics and reports
- All 4 coach personality tones### 5.4 Payment and Renewal- Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The renewal cost will be the same as the original subscription price unless you are notified otherwise
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription### 5.5 Managing SubscriptionsYou can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the active subscription period.### 5.6 RefundsAll purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to process refunds directly.### 5.7 Price ChangesWe reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.---## 6. AI Features and Third-Party Services### 6.1 AI Coach FunctionalityThe AI Coach feature ("Mira") uses third-party artificial intelligence services to provide conversational support:- OpenAI GPT-4o-mini: Default AI provider
- Google Gemini 2.5 Flash: Alternative AI provider (user-selectable)By using the AI Coach feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your messages will be sent to the selected third-party AI provider (OpenAI or Google Gemini) for processing
- These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies
- Detach pre-configures API keys and manages AI provider integration
- You can switch providers or disable AI features at any time in Settings### 6.2 Data Sharing with AI ProvidersWhen you use AI Coach or Draft Message Analyzer features:
- Your input text is sent to the AI provider for response generation
- The AI provider may temporarily process your data to generate responses
- Per our agreements with AI providers, your data is not stored or used for training by the AI providers
- No personally identifiable information is sent to AI providers
- Conversation history is stored locally on your device only### 6.3 AI Limitations and DisclaimersYou understand and agree that:
- AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation
- AI Coach is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice
- We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of AI-generated content
- You use AI features at your own risk### 6.4 Third-Party Service InterruptionsAI features require an internet connection and are subject to the availability and performance of third-party AI services. We are not responsible for:
- Service outages or interruptions caused by AI providers
- Rate limiting or throttling by AI providers
- Changes to AI provider terms of service or pricing
- Discontinuation of AI provider services---## 7. User ConductYou agree to use Detach only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Collect or harvest any personal information from other users (Note: Detach is single-user; no multi-user features exist)
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent---## 8.
